Hi, I recently read through the notes from the MassHealth Advocate’s meeting and noticed something about immigration status. It says that they will be phasing out the none of the above option for what documents someone has. Will this impact the ability for an undocumented individual to apply online? Thanks, Peter

Hi! Has anyone else received an error message stating that the “external system to verify your citizenship/immigration is currently unavailable”? It’s happened to us a few different times after entering in LPR info and will not allow the CAC to continue with the application. Thanks!
