Some documents in circulation still have the wrong Chelsea MEC address listed. MassHealth wants to make sure folks have the updated address of 80 Everett Ave, 3rd Floor Chelsea, MA 02150. This is a satellite office and does not have the same capacity as other MECs. Hannah

Is ID proofing no longer done on the same day? When we call the Assister’s Line ID proofing, they are saying 24-48 hrs. Most of the time you have to call 2 or 3 times until somebody approves it. Are we missing something and during COVID the 15 minute ID proofing no longer exists?
