Does this mean that Open Enrollment now ends on February 28th instead of January 31st? So patients can apply until February 28th and be able to pick a plan, enroll and pay without having a Qualifying Event?

subsidies for married but not filing jointly
I have a client who is married, but does not file taxes w/her husband. She received a ConnectorCare Plan Type 2B. I thought that you had to file taxes jointly to get subsidies?
