The health connector is looking for qualifying events TODAY, to enroll in a plan… I thought they have through the 23rd to enroll and pay?? We are trying to call them… just a heads up…
Hi All…. When I read the notice about requesting up to 90 days retro, I understood it to mean that anyone approved for MH as of 3/1 can request 90 days retro coverage. Yesterday, we called to ask for retro and they told us they will only go back to 3/1. Anyone?
I’m reading the job aid about uploading documents. It states “documents can be uploaded from the members application” Each try from the assister portal comes back with the yellow triangle error. Do they mean the members optum id only?
