The health connector is looking for qualifying events TODAY, to enroll in a plan… I thought they have through the 23rd to enroll and pay?? We are trying to call them… just a heads up…

Hi; Recently I have noticed that members social security numbers were not listed on the Member Information tab in MMIS. So far three people (two children under the age of 18 and one adult) were missing social security numbers. All three are active MH participants. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

Does anyone have an updated flyer with information for customers about making their premium payments to the Health Connector? The one here in the resources is from 2014-2015. There is nothing posted on the Health Connector web page that I could find.
