When a new paper Masshealth application is faxed for processing do the benefits start from when the application was received or do they back date it 10 days? So if I fax an application on 10/31/18 and the patient receives Careplus do benefits start on 10/31/18 or 10/21/18? Thank you

HI has anyone been experiencing a high volume of applicants receiving letter of masshealth termination for not completing their review form in which the patient did not get their review form in the mail? I have quite a few patient that did not get their review forms.
