Has anyone noticed that the remove a family member option is no longer available? When did this happen and was it planned or an issue with the latest upgrade?

Its bad enough that the clients have been overcharged and more money than what was required has been withdrawn from their private accounts for payment, but now it will take days for them to be reimbursed??? Hi, I did and online application with a client today. When I printed out the Summary and the Approval pages I noticed that the reference id was gone. Anyone else notice this? Thanks.
