Client 400% called Insurance company today without CC help. Was told that Open Enrollment is over they could not help them! How is it possible that a private insurance company cannot help a private citizen who wants to buy insurance? They do not operate under Open enrollment regs do they ???
Client just informed us that they have BMC and 2B RX plan. A speciality drug should cost no more than $40. However the pharmacy charged $120.00. BMC yes this is right? What’s going on???
