Hi all, My first application of open enrollment failed at the signature page, it states “We are unable to process your application at this time. Please try again later.” I received no email that the system was not working properly. Wonder if it is just overloaded. Michelle Amadei

We have been having issues with with website again today. There is now a message saying the federal hub is down, we have also received the triangle of trouble pop-up. When counselors have called the Connector and MassHealth they have reported issues as well and said to call back.
