Hi All, I downloaded the new type-able paper application here. One question: the SSN does not show up on each page like it did with the last one. I know this is critical to have it on each page- wondering if we could have this put in? Is it necessary?

Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well! I believe in the last MTF we were told that HSN is now retroactive 6 months. Is this confirmed? We have spoken with MH customer service reps that this was not the case.
We have found on multiple occasions that when a patient is enrolled in a different doctor/PCC plan and we use the MCO form to enroll them in our health center, often MMIS will show BOTH the old and new provider. Is anyone else seeing this?
