Green Card Eligibility
I have a client with a green card and a social security number but is only eligible for MassHealth Limited. Should she not qualify for a ConnectorCare plan? If so, what do I need to do to make this happen?

I have a gentleman whose 86-year-old father is visiting from China for six months. The senior is not in good health. My questions are: Is he allowed to apply for health insurance if he is visiting? If he applied would the most he would qualify for be MassHealth Limited?
