Hello, we are still experiencing problems with MEC. It’s been 2 weeks of attempting to get through the enrollment center and it just keeps saying that they are experiencing high call volumes and to try again later. Has anyone actually gotten through to MEC?
Hi, This is day 3 of us not being able to reach the MassHealth over 65 unit using the MassHealth Assister Line. The line states “we are having higher than expected call volume, please call back later.” What is going on over there!?!! Please excuse my frustration. Thanks, Peter

is anyone experiencing still phone connectivity issues calling the Masshealth assister line? members are not able to get through either by calling the regular line. I have not receive an email today about the phone line being down.
