Client 400% called Insurance company today without CC help. Was told that Open Enrollment is over they could not help them! How is it possible that a private insurance company cannot help a private citizen who wants to buy insurance? They do not operate under Open enrollment regs do they ???
Hi, I have a senior couple who needs to convert $7300 in assets in order to qualify for MassHealth benefits. They already have pre-paid burial plans. Who do they call to get help for this type of situation? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
