FPL calculation wrong

Hi all,  Has anyone had any luck correcting people’s eligibility determinations where hcentive miscalculates the FPL? I have a single person w/ MAGI $22904/year, which by my calculations (using 2014 FPL chart) puts her at 196%, but hcentive determination puts her at 204.83%, which is not correct.
