Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with the Identity Proofing fax line?
Gender Designation Update
Does anyone know if/when the application will be updated for non-binary gender designation? If is not going to be updated, will it affect a person that has declared themselves as non-binary on their license and chooses the gender they are born with on the application? Thank you
Missing SSN in MMIS
Hi; Recently I have noticed that members social security numbers were not listed on the Member Information tab in MMIS. So far three people (two children under the age of 18 and one adult) were missing social security numbers. All three are active MH participants. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

Hi all, Is anyone experiencing issues with the MH Fax#857-323-8300? Everything I have faxed today comes back as Error Occurred.
