PSI - I am curious how a PSI works with the over 65 folks and contacting the assister line as a Navigator. I have been doing this work for quite some time and have recently been told that I need the client on the line with me to get assistance from the assister and in not such a nice way I may add. This had not ever happened in the previous years.
