Hi all, FYI, The auto enrollment program for OneCare is re-enrolling people even after they contact MassHealth to disenroll. I just spoke with MassHealth to disenroll a consumer for the third time in a 2 month period. I was told there’s a system glitch that re-enrolls people. Just be aware.

Hi everyone, Can someone on an ACO or MCO change her plan during Health Connector open enrollment (i.e., now)? Or can they only change plans once a year during plan selection period which I understand is the 90 days starting on the anniversary of the MassHealth enrollment? Thanks.
