Hi All…. When I read the notice about requesting up to 90 days retro, I understood it to mean that anyone approved for MH as of 3/1 can request 90 days retro coverage. Yesterday, we called to ask for retro and they told us they will only go back to 3/1. Anyone?
I’m reading the job aid about uploading documents. It states “documents can be uploaded from the members application” Each try from the assister portal comes back with the yellow triangle error. Do they mean the members optum id only?

Fax in MH verifications… I check MAP and it’s listed as “Processed” but there is no determination. I call in and find “someone forgot to check one box” they do it and the case is determined. It has prob occured 5 times in the past week or so….
