Hi, Just wondering how to make routine updates, like income and job changes. Is it OK to send the ‘unsolicited’ verifications to the Health Insurance Processing Center? Will they update this information and then we’ll be able to see a change in eligibility (if appropriate) in the member’s HCentive account?   Sarah

Disabled

People with Social Security Disability who check that they are disabled on the new system are being sent disability supplements…In the past, when clients had SSDI, they were automatically eligible for MassHealth as long as they were income-eligible.
