APTC not reconciled
Hi, If someone with APTCs filed a 2015 tax return, but for whatever reason their APTCs were not reconciled on that tax return, is there any recourse or way of correcting this so they can still qualify for APTCs in 2017? Thanks!

Hi, Our clients do not have SS#s or eligible immigration status. They are trying to purchase a commercial plan form a broker. The broker says they have to have SS#s to purchase a plan. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks, Sarah
