Hello Masshealthchoices.com is down since yesterday? Patients and case managers are asking us why they are getting an ERROR message and when is it going to be back up, but we have not received any notification. Is anybody else having issues?
Is ID proofing no longer done on the same day? When we call the Assister’s Line ID proofing, they are saying 24-48 hrs. Most of the time you have to call 2 or 3 times until somebody approves it. Are we missing something and during COVID the 15 minute ID proofing no longer exists?
