We have seen at least 2 cases where after listing employer insurance on the HCentive application, on the summary employer insurance is listed as “NO”. If a person has temporary MassHealth and their coverage ends 1/15/15 or 2/15/15 and they get ConnectorCare effective 2/1 or 3/1, will they have a 2-week coverage gap (either 1/16-1/30 or 2/16-2/28) prior to their new plan starting? If so, and they qualify for HSN, might they have HSN during the gap?
