What is the procedure for requesting an administrative override/administrative special enrollment when someone did not realize they needed to enroll before sending in verifications? Hi, Does MassHealth/Care Plus cover infertility treatment? NHP says they only pay for the diagnosis, not treatment, of infertility. But other sites show that Mass. has (had?) an IVF Insurance Mandate. Perhaps that ended after ACA took effect in 2014.
