I have a senior citizen who states she isn’t eligible for Medicare. (She is coming in next week to reapply). She states she currently has a plan under the Health Connector. It was my understanding that anyone over 65 isn’t eligible for any of the Health Connector plans. Help!

If a person has been approved for MH Careplus AND needs to choose an MCO plan when does that plan start? It is my understanding that the MCO plan starts the first of the following month; not in the middle of the month.
