Hi, Recently had this case where Rights and Responsibilities page. This error popped up stating “Error in propogating this year eligibility change to next year.” Called MassHealth Assister Line, unable to fix, it is a known issue. Does anyone have a resolution to this issue? Thanks, Peter

Hi, Another question about the notes from the advocates meeting: It says that the member needs to be in person or on the phone. Does that mean that the assister only line will not allow for PSIs? We certainly need to be able to use these valuable documents. Thanks, Peter
