Good Morning, I’m having discrepancy issues with the Masshealth Portal website and Virtual Gateway. I know patients have Masshealth but the Masshealth portal is saying they are member not eligible. I called 1-800-841-2900 for support and the call was unhelpful. Does anyone have the CAC line phone number? Thank you, Natalie
When a new paper Masshealth application is faxed for processing do the benefits start from when the application was received or do they back date it 10 days? So if I fax an application on 10/31/18 and the patient receives Careplus do benefits start on 10/31/18 or 10/21/18? Thank you
