We have been having trouble with the fax number to Mass Health coming up with No answer. Anyone sharing the same experience?
Difficulty with faxes going through when sending paper applications
We have been having issues with our faxes to Mass Health going through in one pass when they are over 7 pages. Has anyone else been experiencing any issues? We can fax to other agencies with what seems to be no problem.
Mass Health enrollment
Has anyone been having issues with the MassHealthChoices website to do enrollments? Along with not being able to get a fax to go through successfully to enroll them in the plan they need? I called and as a Navigator I am not allowed to enroll someone or change their enrollment. Thank you.

Many clients are calling regarding a letter they have received from Mass Health stating that they have gotten information from a trusted source that their contact information has been changed when most have not. Anyone have any information on these and if this was on purpose or a glitch? Thank you.
Uploading Documents
Hello, I was curios if anyone else is having an error message when trying to upload documents? It started with just me and then my co workers also had the issue. It was hit or miss if we were able to complete the upload all day yesterday.

Hello Everyone, I am wondering if anyone has worked with Medicare clients who pay out of pocket for their part A and were hoping to find an alternative for them? I have been searching for a waiver of sorts for them to get Connector Care but I may be confusing some situations. Thank you.
