I haven’t been able to get through to Customer Service all day. Is anyone else having this issue? It tells me that due to high call volume, my call can’t be completed and then it hangs up on me. Incredibly frustrating to hear!
We have quite a few patients who have entered into long term care facilities (SNFs, primarily) having only MassHealth Standard Temporary coverage.
