Is anyone else having an issue getting connected to the help desk today? 7/22/19 I have called several time at different times and I keep getting a recorded message that says they cannot complete my call as dialed try again later??
Has anyone ever had an experience with a patient that the family isn’t cooperative with giving information and a spouse is transient who sometimes is in the picture but most times not in the picture and is unwilling to give information in regards to himself to allow a facility to complete the MassHealth application/eligibility review?
