Incorrect enrollment deadline
On a notice dated February 16, 2016, a patient was notified of their ConnectorCare determination and given a deadline to enroll by October 6, 2015. Has anyone else seen this mistake?
Eligibility determinations without request for verifications?
Most of our patients who have submitted online applications still need to send in verifications after their eligibility determination is made. Are other counselors getting full eligibility determinations without a request for verification, or are most of the determinations you are seeing provisional?
Incorrect determination?
We helped with an application for a person, currently on CommCare, who was determined to be 190%FPL but was given CarePlus. Has anyone else had a determination that didn’t seem correct?
