I have a client who has had an over 1,000 dollars increase in her premium for the 2026 year. Her job is saying that she has to wait until November for open enrollment. Is there anything I can do to support her in getting employer coverage sooner?
hi! If a patient enrolls after the 23rd of the month, and does NOT want to have retro coverage, is there a way to not have the double payment populate and just pay for the following month?

Good morning! On both the SACA application, the DOB section says to format it (MM/DD/YYYY) however, the year only allows for 2 characters and cuts off the last two if you type out the 4 digits. Not sure who to direct this to!
