hi! If a patient enrolls after the 23rd of the month, and does NOT want to have retro coverage, is there a way to not have the double payment populate and just pay for the following month?

Good morning! On both the SACA application, the DOB section says to format it (MM/DD/YYYY) however, the year only allows for 2 characters and cuts off the last two if you type out the 4 digits. Not sure who to direct this to!
