Mh cancellation dates
Can someone point me in the direction of where I can find guidance on the cancellation dates for MH members when they are moving over the the health connector? I vaguely remember it being in some type of training.

“No masshealth benefit plan”
Can it please be explained why some patients show up with this wording it Revs instead of just saying they are not eligible?? Our system is verifying commonhealth coverage, but that doesn’t seem right either.

Part B termination
I am working with a client who had Medicare and MassHealth coverage. His Medicare part B was terminated for non-payment in September 2021. It looks like this happened because he was not switched to MassHealth Standard. How do I assist him in straightening this out? Thanks!
Standard to buy in switch
Hi there, A client of mine was downgraded from MH standard to senior buy-in and revs shows this took place on 8/18/2022. It is my understanding that this should not have happened under the updated guidance for the PHE. Is that accurate? Thanks!
