MA21 - Questions - Is MassHealth clearing out old files? I have had 5 people that received renewals in the mail and have not had to do one in years. They are from Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Home and Community Based Services Waiver. Some have really old address. And another member, MassHealth has her in a Long Term Care and had not done a renewal since 2018. But she remained active for Standard and in the community. She will still qualify based on her income but the Long Term Care Facility placed has closed, so hopefully they will process it and not ask for the LTC facility to discharge her. My other frustration is not seeing all the notices in MAPS. I see that they are requesting assets but can't see the letter.
