MassHealth Assister Line - Hello Loopers, A change was made to MassHealth phonetree that inadvertantly went into effect on the Assister line. This phone tree change was not intended to be made to the Assister line and removes the option to connect to the MEC. This issue is being worked on, but the fix could take a few days. In the meantime, assisters should immediately say they are an assister and need to be transferred to the MEC. Please post or email us if you are having issues when requesting to be transferred.
