Family Assistance Question - I have a member show is pregnant. She has a pending immigration status for a green card. She updated her application to reflect the above. It is giving her of the coverage type: Family Assistance. I explained that it is a upgrade from the Limited and she will be able to see a doctor. The OBGYN she is going to says she needs to be enrolled into a managed care plan to be seen at that facility. She called Masshealth and was told that she could only pick from the PCC plan. She would like to enroll into an ACO Plan. Everything I searched says she can enroll into an ACO Plan with the coverage type of family assistance. But when she calls, she is told NO. Is this true? and if she can enroll into a ACO, how can I see that it is done?
